Good Morning Ross Middle School is a weekly news program
produced entirely by students.
The show airs on Friday mornings at 8:00 AM. The show runs 10-15 minutes
in length.
Our crew reports on Team News, Special Events, Sports, Weekend Weather,
Feature Stories,
and a Motto Lotto Drawing (This is a weekly drawing of cards given to
students who have been
caught being Confident, Cooperative or Curious. Students win gift certificates
to local places).
Crew members meet in the studio on Thursday afternoon to pitch stories
for the next week's show.
Assignments are made and students develop a story board for the stories.
The motto lotto,
weather and anchor portions are taped on Thursday afternoon for Friday's
show. The other
stories/packages are then edited into the show for airing on Friday morning.
If you would like a story to be included on Good Morning Ross Middle
School,
Please e-mail the story idea to Mrs.
Vining or Mr. Mills .
