We are thrilled to announce that Morgan Elementary has been recognized as a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education! This prestigious award is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and excellence demonstrated by Mr. Perry, principal of Morgan Elementary, and the entire Morgan staff. Their commitment to providing an exceptional education and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment has earned national recognition, making our district incredibly proud.

U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona recognized 356 schools as part of the 2024 cohort of National Blue Ribbon Schools. These schools are celebrated for their outstanding academic performance or their significant efforts in closing achievement gaps among student groups. The National Blue Ribbon Schools Award is one of the highest honors in education, serving as a model of excellence and innovation across the nation.

This exciting achievement for Morgan Elementary adds to the incredible momentum we’ve seen in the Ross Local School District. In the past few weeks, we were proud to learn that our district is once again rated as a 5-Star District on the Ohio School Report Card, with each of our schools performing exceptionally well.
