Medication Administration

COVID-19 Guidance

Symptoms of COVID 19 include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.

If you test positive for COVID 19: 

  • Isolate at home for 5 Days

  • The day your symptoms started is Day Zero. The day after your symptoms start is Day 1

  • On Day 6, you can return to school and activities if you have been fever free for 24 hours without the use of medication, and your symptoms are improving

  • Recommendation is to wear a mask for Day 6 - Day 10

  • If you do not have symptoms and tested positive, the day of your test is Day 1. Follow the same guidelines listed above including a 5 day isolation period.

If you are exposed to someone with COVID-19:

  • Recommendation is to wear a mask when around people indoors for the next 10 days

  • If you choose to test, it is recommended that you test on Day 6 after your exposure
