Community Based Active Shooter Training To Be Held at Ross High School

Local parents, businesses, organizations and churches are invited and encouraged to attend Community Based Active Shooter training on February 14, 2020 at the Ross High School Performing Arts Center.  Superintendent Gates and Chief Roberts began discussing the need to train community groups and businesses in skills and strategies in the event of an active shooter.  Ross Local Schools continues a robust safety program and training process for staff and students.  The need to expand this outside of the schools was evident and a presentation is now scheduled for community businesses, organizations and churches.  Mr. Gates and Chief Roberts encourage individuals and/or teams from area businesses to attend this informational session.  Please forward this request to area businesses. The training is scheduled for  8:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m on February 14, 2020.  Please RSVP to Gina Burnett, Executive Secretary to the Superintendent at 513-863-1253 or gina.burnett@rossrams.com
