If a parent or professional thinks your child may have a disability and may need special education and related services, a referral for an evaluation may be made by the parent, school staff or other public agency. Children ages two and one-half to five years old are considered early childhood (preschool) and referrals should be made to Morgan Elementary (513) 738-1986 or Ross Local Schools Special Services Department (513) 863-6150. Children ages 5 and older are considered school-age and referrals should be made to the school building the child attends.
