We’re excited to celebrate Homecoming with all of our students, staff, families, and community members! This page has everything you need to know about the upcoming events—from the Homecoming Parade and Community Pep Rally to the big football game and the Homecoming Dance.
Join us as we come together to show our Ross pride and make lasting memories during this exciting time. Whether you’re cheering on the Rams at the game, participating in the parade, or dancing the night away, Homecoming 2024 is sure to be a weekend to remember!

Homecoming 2024 bucket list
Get ready for an unforgettable Homecoming week filled with events that bring our entire Ross community together! Whether you’re a student, staff member, or part of our incredible Ross family, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Below, you’ll find our Homecoming 2024 Bucket List—be sure to check off each event and make the most of this festive week!
For Students & Staff:
- Show your school spirit by participating in your building's Spirit Week festivities (see photos below)
- Participate in the Homecoming Parade on Thursday at 6 PM (see the parade route below)
- Show your school spirit at the Community Pep Rally immediately following the parade at the football field
- Cheer on the Ross Rams at the Homecoming Football Game on Friday at 7 PM
- Dance the night away at the Homecoming Dance on Saturday from 7–10 PM
For Families & Community Members:
- Friday night's game isn't our only sporting event or student-activity. Be sure to catch another game/match/event Monday-Thursday
- Watch and support the Homecoming Parade on Thursday at 6 PM (see the parade route below)
- Join the fun at the Community Pep Rally after the parade, and grab a bite to eat at one of the food trucks
- Show your Ross pride at the Homecoming Football Game on Friday at 7 PM and help cheer the Rams to victory! Get your tickets at the online Box Office here.

Spirit week at RLSD
Get ready to show your Ross pride during Spirit Week! 🎉 We encourage all community members to join in the fun by participating in the spirit week themes at the building(s) their children attend. By sharing the details ahead of time, we hope to help families better prepare and plan their outfits for each themed day. Let’s come together to celebrate school spirit and make this Homecoming week one to remember! 🐏✨
Homecoming Parade & Community Pep Rally
Join us for one of the most exciting events of Homecoming Week—the Homecoming Parade followed by the Community Pep Rally! 🎉 The parade kicks off at 6 PM on Thursday, October 3rd, and will wind through the streets of our town, celebrating our student-athletes, school spirit, and community pride. After the parade, head over to the RHS football field for the Community Pep Rally, where we’ll continue the celebration with cheerleaders, the band, and a special appearance by our fall sports teams! 🏈🎶
Be sure to stick around for dinner, as various food trucks will be on-site serving delicious options for the whole family to enjoy. Check out the graphic below for the parade route, and we hope to see everyone there to celebrate Homecoming together! 🐏🎊
