We are in the process of redesigning our district and school building websites to better serve students, families, staff, and the wider Ross community.
Our updated website will offer:

• Improved navigation so visitors can easily find what they need
• A more modern, mobile-friendly design
• Enhanced accessibility and user experience
• Up-to-date calendars, news, and quick access to essential tools

More than just a hub for current families, the new website will serve as a welcoming, informative resource for prospective families, prospective staff, and community partners. Whether someone is looking to enroll their child, apply for a job, or learn more about our schools, our website will reflect the excellence of the Ross Rams experience.
 

2. Introducing ParentSquare: Streamlining Parent Communication

To further improve the way we communicate with families, Ross Local Schools is adopting ParentSquare—a powerful, user-friendly communication tool that allows us to keep everything in one place.

Why ParentSquare?
ParentSquare is a unified platform that helps us:

• Communicate with families in one consistent, centralized location
• Send messages through email, text, app notifications, and phone calls
• Ensure all communication is secure and monitored for safety, even when it's between coaches or staff and students
• Translate messages automatically into each family’s preferred language
• Enable two-way communication so parents can respond, sign forms, and stay involved
• Families can set their custom notification settings, download the app, and find everything they need on this platform instead of on the website.

Best of all, ParentSquare is from the same provider as our new website, which means both platforms work seamlessly together—making it easier than ever for parents and guardians to stay informed and connected.
