At Ross Local School District, we take pride in caring for the spaces where our students learn, grow, and thrive. Because our facilities are funded by taxpayer dollars, we recognize the responsibility we have to steward them with excellence. Our Facilities Department—which includes dedicated custodial and maintenance staff—works tirelessly to ensure our buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational for students, staff, and community use.

Across our district, our team maintains 5 school buildings, a modular trailer at Queen of Peace, and the Transportation Garage—totaling 476,270 square feet of building space. We also care for 112 acres of building property, 22.95 acres of parking lots, and 56.75 acres of mowed grounds. With just 14 maintenance and custodial staff across the district, this work is no small task—but our team rises to the challenge every day, upholding the trust our community has placed in us to keep Ross facilities running efficiently and looking their best.
