  • All individuals seeking employment with Ross Local School District must be fingerprinted; both BCI and FBI background checks before working in the district.  The cost is $50, payable by cash (correct change required) at the time of being fingerprinted. The HR team is available Monday-Friday 8:00AM-3:30PM for background check appointments. Please contact Gina Burnett to schedule your background check appointment.

    Where to go:   RLSD Board Office 3371 Hamilton-Cleves Rd), come to the main entrance up the stairs.  Visit Gina Burnett in her office at the first door on the left upon entering.

    Title IX

    The Title IX Coordinator serves as the grievance officer and coordinates the District’s efforts to comply with and carry out responsibilities under Title IX, including any complaint under Title IX.  They are vested with the authority and responsibility for investigating all sexual harassment complaints in accordance with the procedures set forth in the accompanying regulation and staff and student handbooks.  Any investigatory responsibilities of the Title IX Coordinator may be delegated to a designee trained in Title IX compliance and procedures.

    Reports may be made in person or made 24 hours a day via email, phone, or mail.  

    Staff training material to help understand what Title IX is, what conduct may be a Title IX issue, what potential and actual violations must be reported, and to whom any complaints or observations should be reported is found on our SafeSchools professional development platform.
