Varsity Girls Soccer Coach

Patrick O’Leary enters his third year as the head coach of the Ross High School girls' soccer program. Before joining Ross, Coach O’Leary spent 21 years coaching both boys and girls soccer at Fairfield High School. He also spent one season as an assistant coach for the Oak Hills High School girls' soccer program. He has also spent many years coaching club soccer at Fairfield Optimist Soccer Club (FOSC).

Over the course of his coaching career, Coach O’Leary has won three district championships and four conference championships, competing in both the Southwest Buckeye League (SWBL) and the Greater Miami Conference (GMC). He has also been named Coach of the Year six times by conference and city organizations. As a head coach for 12 seasons, he holds a career record of 134 wins, 48 ties, and 34 losses.

In addition to his coaching career, Coach O’Leary has spent the past 27 years teaching social studies at Creekside Middle School in Fairfield.

Coach O’Leary earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Cincinnati and later completed his master’s degree at Xavier University.

Pat and his wife, Nikki, have two daughters, Shelby and Kylie.
