Joe has been the head coach for swim and dive for 12 years.  During his tenure, the Rams have won multiple state championships in indvidual events, earned the team state runner-up trophy in 2025, and multiple league championships between the boys and girls teams.  

Joe previously worked at the Butler County Educational Service Center as a teacher for students incarcerated in the Juvenile Detention Center.  He currently works at Union Day Therapeutic School over the last four years, working with students who have behavior difficulties.

Joe earned a bachelor degree at Miami University and a masters degree at Purdue University. Joe graduated from Ross High School in 2008 where he was a member of the swim team.
