Ross Local School District

Over the last three seasons, Ross Baseball has established itself as one of the premier high school programs in Southwest Ohio. The Rams captured back‑to‑back SWBL championships after finishing runner‑up in their final year of SWOC play, continuing a tradition of consistency and competitiveness.

Ross Baseball recorded 18 wins in 2025 and its first District Championship since 2019. The Rams won 20+ games in 2023 and 2024. During this stretch, the program has produced 12 college‑bound student‑athletes, a testament to the development, discipline, and daily standards expected within the program.

On the field, Ross Baseball prides itself on doing the little things right. The Rams have consistently ranked among the top teams in the Cincinnati area in defensive fielding percentage and earned run average, reflecting a commitment to preparation, fundamentals, and team‑first baseball.

The program’s success is also reflected in individual accolades: a Conference Player of the Year, a Pitcher of the Year, Coach of the Year and seven First‑Team All‑League selections, and one player that earned 4 years of All‑City awards and 3 year All‑Ohio.

Ross Baseball continues to build a culture defined by toughness, humility, and doing things the right way—on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.
