Ross Local School District

Rich has been the head coach at Ross High School since 1991. His teams have won 357 dual meets during his career. He has coached 79 State Qualifiers, 28 State Placers, and 1 State Champ. Rich is a Math teacher at Ross High School.

He attended Cedarville University, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked in the paper industry for 17 years before becoming a teacher after earning a Masters in Applied Teaching at Miami University.
